I firmly believe that down the years, our sex life and our marriage generally has been dramatically improved because of our lifestyle. Even now into our 60’s we have regular amazing sex together and she has a group of regular guy friends that she still loves to play with. Even the occasional one off still gets her going. I wouldn’t say it’s saved our marriage as I think we are strong together anyway, but it has definitely improved it.

Well for us, we started the lifestyle because our sex life has come to a stop owing to my conditions. It also because of our age difference (20 yrs apart) and I couldn't keep up after I passed 51 yrs old. Late 40s here. We don't have sex nearly as much as we used to but I would say the quality of our sex has improved.
