For males, the orgasmic response cycle includes orgasm itself, almost always coupled with ejaculation. Physiologically, these are two seperate, but related responses. Following ejaculation, the cycle concludes with the refractory period. That's how we are wired. It is difficult to get around it.I have seen and have heard men that can ejaculate and within minutes be hard again and ready to go for another round. My hubby after one session cannot go again for at least a couple of hours. What is everyone’s secret to multiple sessions with little to know refractory time.. Post your videos or pics of multiple sessions .
The length of the refractory period varies; age, various health factors, and fatigue level. In young men, the refractory period can be minutes. In middle-age and mature males, it can be tens of minutes to an hour. For more senior males, maybe two hours or more.
A male can reduce his refractory period by maintaining his health; being overweight, circulatory problems, cardiac issues, diabetes, etc. are all factors. So is fatigue and stress.
The only sure way to avoid the refractory period issue, at least up to ejaculation, is to learn how to separate orgasm from ejaculation, then delay, or control the latter as long as possible.
There are a variety of training regimens along these lines, which take research, guidance, and patience to master. The overarching label for males is Male Extended Sexual Orgasm (ESO).
