In my case is was training. When I was 20, it took me a few minutes for a second round, but never had a third one in a row.

I'm closer to the 40's now and I stay hard for three LONG rounds. And all is related with health and training. I read a lot about how to keep my testosterone levels always high, and apart of that, I train everyday with a silicone vagina and I practice keggel exercises (only the days I didn't have sex).
