Yes, it was a mess. I had a long talk with the wife and no she was not looking to have sex with them BUT she drank too much and was flirty and had no intention of having sex with the guy at all but in the situation she was in it would have gotten out of control if I was not there. It all came about rather quickly. Looking back, travel within US would likely have been a lot safer but it wasn't what was on the table at that time.
