Thank you for your help! I'm not really any good with technology though, does that mean that I can't really ever send anything?It's a xenforo setting to allow local photos to be added to profiles. Right now it is set to only allow linking photos from hosting sites when in PM/DM.
No it isn't a setting you can control, an admin has to do it. I don't know what version of xenforo this is running vs the board I admin, but there is a setting under user groups for Direct Message Permissions and they would need to set it to YES for "upload attachments to direct messages" I think.Thank you for your help! I opened a new profile after experiencing the same problem and the new account has the attach buttonStill experiencing the same problem , there is no option to attach a file only link

No I haven't. Only just opened this one!Have you tried creating a new account ? Apparently this may resolve the problem
