If you are 100% then you need to message him direct, say "I think we know each other", put a link to the photo of her that you like best and tell him that you like it, and ask him if he likes your wife, and give a link to her best photo.
If he likes her photo, tell him who you are. If he doesn't respond, play it cool.
I think he would be open to it but she doesn’t seem the type.
