You don't need to leave the States. Nudist parks abound around the country and one may be near you. You can find lists of those online. My wife has met two men at nudist parks when we were on vacation and fucked them in rental units we checked into.

The hottest place on the globe is Cap d'Agde on the south coast of France. It's set on a nudist beach where things get seriously wicked in the afternoons.
