As the title asks, did wearing a chastity cage permanently shrink you? I’ve read if you keep it off for long enough it will go back to your original size but could you wear it every once in a while to maintain a smaller size?

Long term permanent wear does result in the shrinkage of your cock and balls. especially if you dont cum regularly.
I’m tempted to give it a try, I’d ideally like to be around 4 inches so might give it a try to shrink a bit.
