We have an airstream, and as such pretty much always put out our flamingoes when we travel places. I always wonder if anyone thinks we’re open to play, the problem is we generally always travel with kids. That said, my wife always packs pineapple swim trunks for me, but she says it’s just because she thinks their cute even though I’ve told her what they can signal. I’ve only been approached once, but it’s hard to tell if the woman was just harmlessly flirting or if she was actually testing the water. Don’t know where I was going with the thread, but I guess I’m curious if grown folks play at campgrounds. Would be fun to know if that’s a thing I could look for when the kids get a little more independent.

We've done it several times at campgrounds.... although the whole flamingo thing I think is funny as hell.
I've never heard of flamingos being used to signal swinging.

Funny enough, I’ve never known it to be a signal myself, but for whatever reason I get jokey comments about it nearly every time we put them out.
Upside down pineapples are the pretty much universal signal for people looking to play.

Yep heard of the pineapple 🍍 there are a few RV campgrounds in Central Texas. Will look out for the flamingos 😁
