Depends what kind of guy is in question. I'd say in marriages where men are passive and not sexually imaginitive, women do it just to calm their husband or/and settle some dispute. Very dry.
At the beginning of relationship or a hot dominant-mysterious neighbor or colleague they have affair with? Because they like and it's in their genes to please men who are not passive and know to voice their wishes.
