I have at least two friends who weren't even promiscuous but still caught herpes, and that's a lifelong problem. No getting rid of that with a pill.
So yeah, having a gaggle of random dudes come up to you in a carpark and no condoms? That's just playing russian roulette with your health, IMHO.
