There are a few videos that I have found that come close to this, some in the lostbet series, but haven't found a good long video or story that hits all the right notes.
Basically we are playing some game with another couple, could be darts/cards/video games/whatever and the losing couple has to be the sex slaves to the winners. When we lose they end up stripping us both, tying me up to a chair and watch the other couple have their way with my wife until they are all exhausted.
