It started as her cheating, but she says she’s not going to stop fucking him. Then what started as cheating develops into her ultimatum. You agree to let her fuck who she wants or it’s over. But she means just her.

I don’t know. Sounds like a hypothetical in which the woman doesn’t really want to be with the man she’s cucking. Infidelity does happen in relationships but I find it implausible that a woman who has cheated would conditionally insist on continuing a sexual bond with a lover if she’s at all interested in maintaining the primary relationship. On the other hand, I have absolute no doubt that female cheating can initiate or feed a fascination or interest in cuckoldry on the part of her partner. And if he’d see it as somehow unfair that she’s the only one who can play with others, that direct and indirect benefits/rewards from those activities don’t accrue to himself as well, he’s probably not cut out for it!

It has been a couple of years, but my wife did meet a fuck buddy and feelings developed between them. I don’t know that I would call it an ultimatum, but my wife approached me and wanted my support to explore her feelings with him. She didn’t want to end things with me, but did want a relationship beyond sex with him. Our arrangement to that point had been that she is free to fuck whoever she wants, but if feelings start to happen, she needs to cut ties.
This caused a lot of issues for us and it nearly ended our marriage. Fortunately, about the time we were going to file, she decided to end things with him. They still talk from time to time and did meet once more to fuck. (With my knowledge and support). After their last meeting, she said it was just sex and nothing more. He lives hours away, so there isn’t an easy way for them to have a relationship behind my back. (In case anyone was wondering)

I should have worded it differently I think. I guess I was thinking about, I mean…Doesn’t it sometimes happen that cheating is found out, and then thru a process eventually it’s agreed to let the woman continue. But the man isn’t really happy about it.
Only time we had a 3sum he was much longer and thicker, I knew he was probably going to be bigger than my 5.75 x 5.2.
A little girth is my saving grace overall. He was several inches longer and a lot thicker. It was clear right away I wasn’t ready to be in this situation. I was very weak in my back and felt so submissive when she was fucking him. So she wanted to keep fucking him, and you didn’t like it but reluctantly agreed? Wow two years fucking somebody else is a long time. Sounds like it would have been longer if he hadn’t moved.

Here it started out as being revealed wife was cheating. But it didn't led to an ultimatum or something in this direction.
Wife stopped seeing that particular guy, then we had a pretty tense phase and conversations that culminated with the understanding we should do more things to embrace our sexual needs and wantings. And so it proceeded.
