I had one pierced through a part of my foreskin that was left attached when I was circumcised as a ....... I did it myself. It hurt a little but not too bad. Definitely want to have this done by someone who knows what they are doing! If done correctly they will heal in and you will have no issues. The healing process can be surprising on how long it will take. So precautions have to be taken during all this. But again once they are healed in they can be really cool and actually add a little spice to the tool.
