Cuckold or a Broken Marriage?

Recently came to know one of wifeys friends who moved to the UK from HK with her Asian childhood sweetheart and now husband- within a few months the lady had acquired a lover and soon it became open to the hubby- the hubby approved of it and now even allows the guy to come over and bang her at will- but has no apparent sexual interest in this. The lover and the woman are head over heels in love but the hubby wants the marriage to continue...i personally think is a receipe for disaster..any comments?

I think it is a recipe for a lovely consensual relationship where everyone wins
