I agree. Unfortunately, the bots trying to grab the traffic outnumber the real people in chat when I'm on. Everyone wanting to go private in chat has the same chilling effect on creating a real forum.

I completely agree. Even if there is a chat option on the portal, I'd rather chat there than redirect to the app.Most people prefer to chat and share things through apps because it works faster and simpler.
