Yes and no, I think it might depend on the third party, if i were on the receiving end (having my wife pregnant) would be more worried about the guy asking for parenthood rights, any ways is a complicated matter. Also as the breeder part, I remember once receiving a request from a very far away former ex girl friend, I was willing to do it, but involving a contract to avoid child support matters.
