we are from western NY, & he was from NE PA, about 150 miles away.
after the initial conversation, i attempted to contact him & invite him up for a weekend.
unforunately, he passed , about 15 years earlier, from lung cancer. the opportunity never presented itself, after that. maybe they finally got together in a much higher place.
