Women need to be trained to serve men properly. I enjoy doing such training. Fortunately, teaching at a university gives me access to both older women and younger women. Younger women come primarily from the university's student body. Most are 18-22 years old and relatively inexperienced in sex. Of course they have fucked lots of boys when they were in high school and junior high, but most have had little experience with real men.

Older women can come from the campus (female faculty and staff, wives of male faculty and staff) or from the larger community. A professor gets to meet lots of women in club activities, civic activities, etc., which provides access to those who need to "push the envelope" sexually.

Most people think that domination of women results from an imposing physical presence, but in reality it is as much mental as physical, if not more. Direct eye contact, a serious tone of voice, and invading a woman's personal space trigger most women's natural submissive response. From that point, it's just a matter of pressing one's advantage over her.
